How It Works
From unfilled frame to install-ready, in one visit to our factory.
Every job starts with a work order listing every door number from your architectural drawings. From there, each frame follows the same process:
1. Receive
Frames arrive from your supply partner and are checked against the work order.
2. Scan in
Each frame is individually barcoded to its door number.
3. Prep & caulk
Frames are prepared and sealed, ready for pour.
4. Backfill
A single continuous pour, using external formwork, to AS 1905.1.
5. Set, strip & clean
Frames are set, stripped, and cleaned back to a finished state.
6. QA
Every frame is inspected against compliance requirements before it's cleared.
7. Package & dispatch
Frames are packaged, scanned out, and dispatched — generating the compliance certificate and invoice automatically against that door number.
No two frames leave our factory the same way they arrived
Every one is backfilled, checked, and accounted for before it reaches site.
